Our Curriculum

We are working on fine-tuning our curriculum and more details will be forthcoming!

We are planning for our days to include an assortment of topics including Bible, Hymn Study, Artist Study, Poetry, History, Geography, Outdoor Time, Cooking, Handicrafts, Art, Nature Study, Science, Copy Work and Literature.

 

We do not plan to have a formal math or phonics program as we feel we would not have the time or ability to meet the specific needs of each individual child at their various levels. We feel these subjects are best when done primarily at home with parents on a one-on-one basis. We do, however, plan to touch on various math and phonics concepts through play and other activities throughout the year.
